Our Team

William combines his clinical and scientific background with legal experience to help businesses and individuals navigate legal complexity and commercial transactions. He brings practical judgment to regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters, turning complex legal issues into clear, actionable steps clients can follow. 

Before becoming a lawyer,  William earned a Doctor of Pharmacy and built a strong career in hospital clinical practice, including work on pharmacy policy aimed at improving patient outcomes.  That clinical experience gives him a practical understanding of how regulation and commercial decisions interact — a perspective he uses when advising on all range of legal matters, in particular life sciences and privacy law.

Trained at Bay-Street firms and worked at Boutique practice,  William blends Bay-Street rigour with a deep understanding of client needs.  He applies big-firm processes and standards while delivering practical, hands-on service.

While he is not practising law, William enjoys hiking, various sports, and cooking.

Ruth is an experienced accounting manager with over 15 years of experience supporting law firms of all sizes. She has worked across a wide range of legal practices.

Having supported multiple law firms throughout her career, Ruth understands the financial and compliance requirements unique to legal practices and ensures that accounting processes run smoothly and efficiently.
